I got it a while ago and thought up some characters, but no adventures. Wasted much of that time sidetracked on adding an overly ambitious Persona-style system for managing school life. I've finally scaled that back to something workable (I think).
Don't think it's too long; proportions are good and there's a good rhythm to all the sections. I can't see an area that I'd say should be trimmed down. Great work!
Yeah, I can see that. Never watched more than an ep or two of that; I think I was drawing on the Vic Viper from Gradius.
A fairly steady narration seems worth it to help viewers follow along, especially if they're splitting their attention. But yeah, I'm sure I'll figure out the right rhythm and balance with practice. Hope you try it out for yourself and enjoy it as well!
I enjoyed it; it's nice to talk about the process as I go through it, even if nobody is listening. That said, I normally spread this kind of work out over a longer time, with music and more breaks. Livestreaming ups the pressure because I don't want it to just sit idle and silent while I think.
