Ward, that absolutely sucks. I met Steve just once but the impression was indelible. Since then, his tweets and posts have been a welcome part of my days. I loved his fierce advocacy and compassion, and thoroughly enjoyed his honest outrage, which he expressed for all of us.

Maybe people are looking for a reason to include “xx” in a word. Seems worthwhile.
