I've been asking all over several different media sites, across multiple platforms under really old accounts. They don't all share the same name, but I might change that just to make this search more potent. I at the very least would like to know where this character has ended up!

If ANYONE knows who owns the character in my pinned tweet now, I would love to get in contact with them! One, I still have ownership of the TH and if they're still around, I would love to pass that on if they're not willing to sell the rights, or two, to possibly buy the rights back.
