It flat-out didn’t work for me for a few years post-2020, this last year it works occasionally, if I’m not in flareup. If I’m in PEM it does nothing.

Yeah i have noticed that too. If i am very foggy, let alone have a crash , it does absolutely zero. But if i am feeling mediocre, it does help a lot. Thanks a lot for sharing, appreciate it!
