Having represented disability claimants for 14 years, what sets me off is the people with, say, back problems. People who can look fine... occasionally, briefly, and with pain. Their doctor and their government agree they need a badge. And they're afraid to use it because assholes hassle them.

As an autistic person, I can confirm that this is indeed true. Although personally, I don't like calling autism a disability simply because it isn't that way for me.
