idgaf if the accused has gotten cleared of all allegations, its still categorically false and incredibly immature to say it. there's different factors and nuances to everything and the fact that you're comparing it to something else entirely shows that you treat serious situations like a sports game

if you are ever following the discourse of an internet drama and anyone ever says "this is just like x drama where the accused is innocent" then you have no right to take their opinions seriously
