Re the NHS response to my complaint about my mum's care. I can't view it today as I had to confirm receipt before being given a password to view it. So it'll be tomorrow or Wednesday before I can. Oh well. I just don't like putting things off for too long.
I received the response to my NHS complaint about mum's care today. I haven't looked at it yet as I'm very under the weather, the person I care for is in our house today and my husband's not here. Maybe later, maybe tomorrow. I expect obfuscation at best.
What the heck is wrong with all your cleaners!? As a former cleaner I'm appalled. It's not the accidents that bother me, these things happen. It's the cover ups and dishonesty. It's disgusting. They should be ashamed.
