I really feel your frustration. I was looking at the Croydon (south London) health board reports for 1918/9 &they emphasise ventilation so much &say that cleaning is of little help. Things like ventilating cinemas for 90 mins between shows. 100 years on, what have we learned?!
I remember studies from the early days of the pandemic examining air circulation and ventilation. It's all out the window because the extreme conservatives decided the pandemic wasn't a thing and the mainstream went along to get along.
