Uzumaki is a perfect comic! I think people still think of comics as media that only exists as a storyboard for a movie or a show, but i think it’s impossible to get across the feeling that you get reading Uzumaki in film.

The hype around the animation honesty made me, kind of mad, lol. Like wow I can’t want to see this story NOT play out in a medium that it’s already perfectly made for

yeah, i feel like it's pretty much locked in that medium. that's where it belongs. and i'm at peace with that lol
