I mean frankly KONE elevators are probably superior in terms of spread and reliability but honestly they're like the Coca Cola of elevators. They're good, but kind of stodgy and only recently getting into the game of innovation. Schindler is like Pepsi.

If it’s a Schindler (as I suspect most elevator-adjacents [a derogatory term I believe the KONEmmunity must adopt] as yourself believe to be “good”) you aren’t even pressing a button after their switch to capacitive touch interfaces in their latest batch of “releases” (more like droppings)
