I'm in a dialysis ward that's constantly operating at capacity in a way that's dangerous for all those concerned IMO. The only reason for not expanding into evening shifts as I understand it is a lack of staff. That £10.5 million could have helped solve that...

Might be being a tad pessimistic but £10.5 million doesn't sound like an awful lot. Perhaps we should go back to the 2016 Brexit playbook and just shout "PROJECT FEAR" at the border and it will magically disappear.
