My new therapist reminded me this morning, so I’m reminding yall, as we enter the pleasant dim time of year, you need to drag out the SAD lamps. Especially me, who moved from SUN SUN SUN MORE SUN country to “the outdoor lights across the street just came on because it’s getting dark already” land.
Those lamps really work (I used them in my therapy practice) and even on a gray day natural light still lifts mood. It’s hard to bundle up and get out in cold, dark climates but it’s worth the effort. 👍🏼♥️ My beloved beagle was a great coach in making sure I did it.
Thanks for the reminder! This morning I was grumbling because it was a grey day, the power was out, and I *craved* bright light! So now I should expose myself to some, nwo that i have power again!
