Can you get another serving? If can't then just try to distract your sense of smell with a drink in your room, usually works for me. Please eat something by the end of the day  ( ͒ ́ඉ .̫ ඉ ̀ ͒)

I got some bread so I should be fine for now... I ate in my room... but ugh need to wait until the smell is gone before I go downstairs again 🥲
