i used to never shut tf up and now i’m like. too afraid to even say anything. or i think “who cares” and i just keep to myself. i’ve been trying to make efforts to talk more but it’s so hard. why is it hard. lol

i have such anxiety interacting on my social media now and idk when that happened or why. was it the bad experiences with weirdos trying to get too personal with me or having covid twice completely rewiring my brain? or a combo of both? who knows
