this will be the only bg3 fic i ever write because it drives me crazy i have to name the player character if i want it in 3rd person. legitimately it is like pulling teeth to me.
started writing a short-ish bg3 astarion/dark urge fic that takes place in the planescape setting (sigil, specifically). it's about their fun, bloody sisyphean quest they undertake as they lose their sanity to find something that allows astarion to walk in the sun archiveofourown.org/works/557444...
writing some delusional bg3 fic and having a hard time naming the player character because i always name my characters shit like "Snorlax Spherebeard" or "Mademoiselle Wafflehouse". save me, fantasy name generator, save me....
