My spouse's family didn't season anything. I remember visiting for a meal and they didn't even own pepper. Found some ancient pepper corns back of cupboard, but no grinder, ground them with a spoon. I think it's autism tho (whole family is), their mum cooks and i think has taste hypersensitivity.
