Both of the things are government priorities

We don't cut off our own people. FEMA funding and response is unrelated to our funding of Israel. In a country that happliy runs a gigantic budget deficit, spending on one thing doesn't impact spending on another by definition. People working at FEMA are not distracted by the situation in Israel.

Maybe the person in moral crisis needs to accept that we have listened to them, and understand them perfectly well, and still come to a different conclusion.
