Tried talking to customer service--their response was "too bad." Zero interest in helping. Almost NONE of these dashers wear masks any more. I'm supposed to risk my health because a few of them couldn't follow instructions, and left my food where I couldn't get to it?

I did everything right: I provided clear instructions on where to leave my food. When dashers ignored my instructions, I texted and asked them to come back and put my food where I could get it. (These texts were also ignored, by and large.) I only requested a refund when I couldn't get my food.
