Statehood & sovereignty have never been threatened this way as rising seas remake coastlines & territory of whole countries. Intl law is not equipped to navigate the coming eventualities. We owe it to SIDS to rapidly evolve the intl legal system to protect their remaining sovereignty & econ opps.
