For my friends that are new here. I will add that you must engage with active hashtags to get engagement, but make sure they are relevant. Threads uses an algorithm to push content. Bluesky doesn’t. You see what you asked for, more or less.

When I was a child, the big debate was whether we’d adopt the metric system. Teachers said yes, my church said no. We didn’t. Now, the question is whether hurricanes are natural events. More troubling, whether empathy is even a desirable trait to have. Somehow, these controversies feel related.
