I'm certainly missing something but proposing that war crimes are incredibly bad and we should use loaded terms carefully doesn't seem like a very out-there, or even novel, stance. And proposing that Israel was tragically entrapped into destroying Gaza seems to ignore its rulers' stated intentions.

This was needed. But it doesn’t answer the thorny question of what happens when the *only possible* means left for achieving the legitimate end of resistance are illegitimate because the occupier has blocked off all legitimate options.
