I got this fundraising email from the Harris campaign last night, and it tells a slightly different story. I get that it's marketing and polls are likely questionable these days, but is the Times really 5-8 points off in their polling? That seems like a crazy wide gap.

Nevada here: This closely tracks the Senate race. I have been smfh thinking "Oh, they'll vote against the MAGA Senate guy but then think "eh, Trump is ok" is bs. It is Nevada, but we're not stupid.

Nevada being a problem for her never made sense to me. The GOP governor there had to move pretty centrist (by today’s standard) to get elected and they elected pretty bog standard backbench D senators

Years ago I was supporting a local candidate The night before election day, the local paper had released polls which showed the candidate had a 10% lead He lost the seat by a whisker It was a Murdoch paper and I firmly believe Murdoch media will say anything to give Murdoch candidates an advantage
