Nobody was arrested, but animal control officers cited the neighbor for violations, police said. The neighbors, Roderick and Amanda Harris, say they were home during the incident but heard the commotion too late to intervene, WOAl reported. "My dogs play with any dog in the world they're not going to try to kill you," Roderick Harris told the station, adding that one of his dogs died and another is receiving treatment. "My dogs are house dogs, my dogs aren't fighting dogs, they're not outside dogs, you know what I mean."

NEVER believe what the cops claim. EVER. I will put money on no attack happening, but the cop just never liked the neighbor or their dogs. I no longer trust cops statements as every time we get the video it turns out they LIED.
