The trick is to catch it fast enough. With my succulents I’m starting to catch onto their color change when they’re experiencing root rot — They start deepening in color even if they aren’t mushy yet.

Yep, it’s easier to recognize the signs as it goes. The problem with this one was I potted it in too big of a pot & didn’t realize until it was too late to save. 😕 But I saved it via cutting, thankfully.
