I was assaulted yesterday and I've been in a bad mental state since then. I wasn't caused any substantial harm, but only because I bought myself time with some pepper spray and called the authorities. I don't feel safe, and I'm constantly paranoid as a result. This country has failed us all.

I know this doesn't really belong on kink bluesky, but I'm just not sure who to talk to about it, so I'm just putting it here. I apologize.
