That's dumb. I don't like it. Why did the Kenobi costume designers have to touch it? Why couldn't the tote just make a new model? Why is Lucas film the way that it is?
The Art department came up with the new design for the OWK P2 Purge Troopers. The model in TOTE is new, it's just modelled off the TBB ES trooper for some unknown reason.
