Ganz genau. Eigentlich ist der ganze Bums ja verboten, nur an 2 Tagen ausnahmsweise (Traditions-Kinder-Freiheit-Bla) erlaubt (mit dem F2-Zeug), F1 (Jugendfeuerwerk) ist eh ganzjährig erlaubt, z. B. Wunderkerzen und so kleines Piff-Puff.
Von 13 bis 13 Uhr sind lediglich 24 Stunden. Länger ist es nicht erlaubt.
