Would love to support this! I’m a casualty of the motherhood penalty - was teaching/ SLT for 17yrs and took a break working in a different space in education. But now I’m back 💪🏻 This would be my 20th year in teaching if I hadn’t broken away. It’s tough stuff! But I’m so pleased to be back ❤️
