when i first got here the skeet thing bothered me less than most because i'm weird and immediately associated it with sport shooting and if you think about it posting your little thoughts online is a lot like hurling a disc into the air for a bunch of people to compete to destroy it for points

I was just numb to it because my wife will scream along to “Get Low” at any opportunity. She’s a keeper.
This is why when I first heard a post here was a "skeet" I thought we should call posting shooting skeet if only for the occasional confusion that would arise from sport shooters.
