Finally finished up the planters for winter. Still need to put them all into place, but they’re done!

Must have lost my mind. Went to Ikea on a Saturday! But we needed stuff, so….

My new house is about 1/2 a mile from the football stadium in a very proud football city. Match days mean road closures and traffic. Weekends hit a bit different here during football season. Takes a while to adjust to this way of life.

A bloody tragedy has happened. I’ve run out of the coffee that I love. As we’ve got too much in the house, I’ll be switching to an alternative.

It’s been a week. And my straighteners have broken today. So now I’m tired and frizzy! 😭

I want to jinx nothing but I need some collective energy to hope things are getting sorted please!

Eesh, it’s been a week. Been doing a lot of wrestling the puppy to get drops in his eyes and to stop him chewing the cone. I’m exhausted. Too many hours given over to it, he absolutely hates drops.

You’d be surprised at how nap ending a dog gnawing at wood can be.

Rain, rain, go away! I sacked off grocery shopping earlier in the week for other stuff and now I have to go in the rain. Mentally reviewing all covered car parking options for supermarkets this evening!

Went to mum’s follow up appointment today. Cancer is all gone. Huge relief. Now the job begins to build her back up! What a few months it’s been.
