This needs shouting from the rooftops: During Covid, government created £700B. They have no idea where that money is now, is it coincidental that more Billionaires were created during that period than ever before? But they want you to blame immigrants.

If I understand correctly, they feed those billions into the economy by buying Govt bonds held by ... (drum roll) ... rich people!

Have been saying it for years, epic corruption & fraud has been committed by the previous government & it's networks, not one minister has been prosecuted for crimes against tax payers & state. What a corrupt establishment to enable these epic frauds. In this area Starmer is failing!

In many cases 100% of it should be clawed back, this is precisely why we need to ensure Labour keep their commitment to appoint a Covid Corruption Commissioner without further delay.

This Covid Corruption Commissioner needs to be given wide-ranging powers to investigate and prosecute if necessary.

This is why we need to tax wealth. They wouldn't have that money had it no been created by government, government needs to tax it back. Imagine what could be done with just 20% of that?
