I've had a big spike in dysphoria lately, so it might be time for some big changes. Definitely need to get back in shape and work on some stuff. Think I wanna' go much farther fem then I do now

you can do this! i'm sorry you've been feeling so much dysphoria, it's good that you're thinking about proactive steps to help defeat it

A lot of it is just work. I'm in a position where I still have to wear a uniform most every day, and a lot of my Gender Tools don't work. I thunk I can fix this but there's several dominoes that need to be set, and I am caught in a depressive spiral going through the motions.
