Ghost signage of a sort, at the corner of Ledard and Cathkin Roads in Langside. Achray Terrace is the name of the row of houses on Cathkin Rd, but Fairies Knowe hints at more ancient origins. Perhaps from Gaelic "faire" meaning "watch" or "outlook", with "knowe" meaning "hill".
