if the answer is substack i'll eat it, but i'd rather pay *something*. i just can't afford $150/month to send one or two newsletters to 20,000 people

what is the best newsletter hosting option for someone who *does not want to monetize*? i'm willing to pay *some* but my subscriber numbers are high enough it'd be like $150/month most places. looking for something simple that posts newsletters to a website, don't need bells and whistles.
