It’s weird to see a headline about the murders of three women in their home by a man who seems to have been known to them, and the headline is about outlawing the highly specific weapon used. I don’t think the crossbow is the problem here.

You’re right … but it’s bizarre that crossbows, the most lethal of weapons, don’t seem to have the same controls as guns !

Particularly as (there’s evidence that) he tied them up and kept them hostage for hours. He probably could’ve done this one with his bare hands. That being said, if we outlaw handguns then it makes sense to put restrictions on crossbows!
