Of course, for more than a decade there's been a crosswalk on the north side of a very similar intersection --Spring St and Georgia Ave -- just up the road from Spring St. & Colesville Rd/US29 . And no one has been confused.

Perfectly fine to develop a bit of the lawyer in one's offspring. (Of course there can be too much of a good thing. 😉 )
