At HDFS Colfax, I didn't even take fire once. HDFS Tompkins was a different story, as a Nine Tails patrol caught me as I was coming off the elevator. All but one of the gang rushed my location, but a judiciously-timed grenade took most of them out. All in all, I came out mostly unscathed.
Tonight was a #StarCitizen mercenary night. I was on Hurston trying to get intel for a mapping project, but my clearance level wasn't high enough. I ended up taking bunker contracts instead. Thankfully, the slow, silent approach worked; I was able to clear HDFS Colfax & HDFS Tompkins easily.
Running the numbers today, and it looks like I'm at minimum $600 from breaking even on the monthly budget. With my partner unable to work, it looks like it's time to look into a second job.
Just like the Hull C, my biggest concern is that it screams "I have cargo!" to anyone who operates outside the law.
I am rehabilitated, and will take you up on that some day soon!
I don't like that the cargo is exposed when the gantries are out. I don't know why, but I prefer to have my cargo internal. That said, fun little ship!
#StarCitizen Tip: If you are given a vehicle to salvage by an organization member, make sure they don't have a security NPC on board. If they do have an NPC on board, make sure they're actually dead. Because if they're not, when you fracture the ship you will get an instant level 3 Crime Stat.
