1 in 8 people will suffer from mental illness in their lifetime. Conflating it with being ignorant about the climate crisis has no scientific basis and seems to makes false assumptions about mental illness. Let's be impeccable with our statements.

What evidence do you have that people who have mental illness believe that the science telling us it is too late to act on climate change compared to other groups? Why single out this group?
