#8 KOTOR One of the first RPGs I played, and it's obviously not the first game to do it, but I loved the idea of being able to make choices that had consequences in games.

#9 KOTOR 2 The whole game feels like a deconstruction of all the themes and tropes of Star Wars but also feels Star-Wars-as-hell. The KOTOR games are probably the only reason I maintained an interest in Star Wars after the prequel movies

I've been thinking about going through this and KOTOR 2 despite being pretty spoiled. I was playing SWOTOR for a while and felt like it was a really great RPG stuck in an MMO. I should just give the single player versions a fair shake.
