An endorsement is, “what a good idea, I’m going to lift those sanctions we already imposed on WB settlers, carry on.”

It reads as an endorsement because there's no threat from him/the US for Israel's actions. Currently, the US will continue to send weapons to the country. Also, I feel as though this was a bad example as the WB Settlers are only in the West Bank, this wouldn't affect Gaza.
