how devastating to think someone wants to commission you just for it to be a scam. almost had me “refund” them money

I received genuinely convincing emails that I got the money they “sent”.. I WAS LOWKEY EXCITED TO PAINT A COMMISSION BUT OK😭😭😭💔💔💔
