My guess is it's far more likely Alberta will take that path then Quebec.

Alberta has been bleating about leaving Canada since at least the 70’s. Just another example of them talking smack and doing nothing.

Alberta is landlocked, covered in treaty territory, and beholden to pipelines through lands they will not control. It won't end well.
