Found this pretty but very dirty girl running up the side of I-84 near the Cesar Chavez exit today. Taking her to get checked for a tag. I checked for lost dog posts but didn't see any. No nearby camps. She is young, sweet and playful. Clearly she is very loved. PDX folx, anyone know her?
