The Gamestop rewards pitch and guilt trip for not joining routine is enough for me to never want to go there. This is not a knock on the employees as they are doing their jobs but maybe its time for Gamestop to reevaluate that strategy.

Literally the only reason I signed up or renewed was the physical Game Informer sub, once they went digital only I dropped. And now the magazine (and website) doesn’t even exist anymore 😢

That store is an awful experience. Anytime I go in there’s usually no one else so the clerk is just watching me, then there’s all of the upselling which makes me not even want to buy anything if I do find something I want.
