I'm looking at a tweet alleging that in 2011 Kamala Harris performed a hit-and-run that paralyzed a 13 year old girl. It's sourced to a fake TV station whose website was created last month, and uses video of a crash on the other side of the country. Tweet has 2.2 million views and counting.
