after years of experience I firmly believe that there is no housing co-op that does not have people who are a little Off. it's just a question of whether they're hostile or petty, too

Ok but actually that's probably because everyone ever has at least one small way in which they are Off and anyone who you think isn't just isn't in the part of your life where you'd see it... which is why it ALL comes up when people live together
