Yeah - I've had plenty of students drop physics too who really shouldn't have. Those who were getting >60% in AQA assessments and doing *great* but lower % wise than other subjects.
Honestly, if student wellbeing is a priority I don't actually think you can continue with AQA in good conscience. What it puts the students through is really quite stressful.
Hi Bluesky! Could I get tips from those who have managed a department through a change of exam board? How did you ensure it landed well? (you can probably tell, we've made the decision to drop AQA A-level physics. They won't be missed - took us less than a week back to decide)
