How in the name of all that’s holy is this demonization protected 1st amendment speech? If you’re running for office can you yell fire in a crowded theater? What is the fucking difference? It is such a failure of imagination. Arrest the bastards.

Anyone can yell fire in a theater. That's a myth
Yes you can yell fire in a crowded theatre, particularly when there's a fire. (That originally came from a footnote in a Supreme Court case and has no bearing on law.) The conservative-captured court requires "imminent lawless action" as the standard (and the speech tied to a particular person).
It's more like the Welfare Queen stiff from the 80s imo
