Something to kinda reflect on how utterly fucked Samus' mission (wipe out these unlikely creatures which have become a part of SR388's ecosystem because unrelated beings want to weaponize them) is and also something that'll make the choice she makes to save the last critter light things up.

I dunno. I like the thought of Samus giving the baby Metroid her now thoroughly-creepified power suit and this tiny larva just cleans it off by absorbing the weird energy hanging on it.
