Out of curiosity, have you tried Flutter? Curious if you have any thoughts on a comparison between the two
I used Expo for the first time in 2018-2019 for both work and school projects and went back to it now for a hackathon project - it's nice to see how it evolved in ~5 years !

You could put the language translation tool directly integrated into the platform, and let users choose the color they want to use in your app, just saying.
